man canonically keeps a diary back on his own world you think he's going to stop the moment he's on a weird space train? why do you think I had him bring a diary as his item.
"the ICP log literally exists" like hell he'd trust that.
Did some investigating. Things to know. 1) The train is not to be trusted. 2) Everyone else on this train has been similarly kidnapped, re: (1) 3) The train is sentient somehow. Advanced AI or "magic"; no concrete answer yet, leaning towards AI. 4) We are being kept in the dark about several things. (3), the reason for (2), and details about (5). 5) There are apparently authorities (Void Ministry), of which the train is acting without the permission of. 6) Said authorities are likely upset either with us or the train, based on the transcript in the library. 7) The train has been reportedly facilitating missions to save other worlds, which sounds innocuous enough, but see (1) and (2) and especially (4).
Possibilities: - Passengers who trust the train might be deserve as little trust as the train itself; overreaching take, but to consider. - The train is in the dark as we are; I'm not sure if I believe that, but I don't have enough information to rule it out yet. - The train is being controlled from some remote location by someone else; makes as much sense as the train itself being sentient
Will have to investigate more tomorrow - perhaps at the meeting the Purple team is having.
Met Roland Crane. Purple team's "leader". He surpassed expectations; but, of course, my expectations were six feet under. They aren't hard to surpass.
Perhaps the fact he admitted he's well aware we're all here against our will made me somewhat more willing to trust him. Or maybe it's the fact it simply doesn't matter if I trust him or not. We're all in the same boat - well, train - here. None of us has any power over each other.
It's just us versus the train - but perhaps that's a little too dramatic.
Forecast: snowfall, settling.
We'll see how it goes.
If Mythra were here, I think she'd be furious. Would she be furious enough to be reckless? I wonder.

Asch and I resonated.
